In October 2020, the artist A line going for a walk asked his followers to come up with their own version of his childhood garden shed at his grandparents’.

After studying the only photo reference he provided, the direction of a stylized 2D/3D approach was chosen. The main challenge here was to create a comforting mood with warm colours without losing the spirit of the reference below. A well was added to balance the composition.

This piece was inspired by the wave of vibrant diorama art that had been flourishing on Instagram at that time.
